Shipping Policy
In order to best serve you, delivery of your florals is available in two primary formats: guest pick-up or delivery by myself. Should delivery be selected, an additional fee will be applied to your order to cover administrative costs associated with the delivery. This fee will be waived should you elect to pick-up your flowers.

Of note, when we discuss your preferences regarding order supply, an estimated time of delivery will be provided. This includes factors such as complexity of requested arrangement, availability of desired florals, and whether this is our first time collaborating together. Should a rush order need to be placed, please communicate this to me at the time of your order to ensure your needs are met. Rush orders will incur an additional fee of 18%.

Finally, should delivery dates be changed by the customer after I have obtained the florals for your composition, I cannot guarantee the longevity of said florals. Should the delivery date be changed by myself, new flowers will be bought at my expense.
Return & Exchange Policy
At the time you place your order with me, I will begin the planning and procurement process to create your florals; consequently, orders cancelled outside of 24 hours of placement will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the order total. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Rush orders cancelled will incur the 18% charge associated with rush orders in addition to the base cancellation charges.

At time of order placement, we will discuss your specific vision and desires in regard to your flowers. Consequently, while I will work as best as I can to accommodate any changes to your floral vision after placement, this is contingent upon availability of fresh stems and greenery.

​All policies apply to subscription flowers, with the added policy that cancellation of subscriptions needs to be made 2 weeks prior to next established delivery/pickup.
